You can place an order by browsing our product offerings and selecting the item you wish to purchase and click on "add to cart" or "buy now button". Then complete the order by filling delivery address or choose old one and select payment method. After clicking "Place order " it will take some more steps and your order will be completed.

We accept a wide range of payment methods, including credit and debit cards, UPI, and bank transfers.

If you need to change or update your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. They will assist you with any necessary changes.

To cancel an order, you have to browse my-order page, then there will be a button 'Cancel Order'. You can cancel by click on it.

Shipping time will depend on the shipping method you choose and your location. You can check on "my-order" page. There will be a list of order and at right you can see there is expected delivery time.

Yes, you will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, and you can track the status of your delivery online.

Currently, we only offer domestic shipping, but we are also working on providing international shipping. We'll update shortly.

Go to Your Orders. (ensure you have signed in before) Choose an item that you want to return or replace. Select a reason from menu and continue. For seller-fulfilled orders, you need to contact the seller to initiate returns.

Following are the return guidelines: Your address and the item that you wish to return must be eligible for return. If the return is not eligible for Pickup, a Self-Return option will be provided. For more details, please see our Return Pick up and Self Ship Guidelines. Once the return is processed, you will, in accordance with Kaushal Bazaar Refund Policy, be issued a refund to your original payment method. For Pay on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed either to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT)) or to your Kaushal Bazaar account .
